Final Grading
A solid final grade is the foundation of everything that follows — whether that's sod, seed, a patio, or a new build. We use heavy equipment to move and shape dirt efficiently, establishing proper slope and drainage so water flows away from your structure, not toward it. If your yard is holding water, washing out, or just not where it needs to be, final grading is the fix.

Gravel Driveway Renewal
Gravel driveways wear down over time — ruts form, material migrates, and water starts pooling where it shouldn't. A full renewal brings your driveway back to proper grade with fresh material and restored drainage, all without the cost of tearing it out and starting over. We grade the existing base, fill where needed, and finish with a clean, even surface that holds up. If your driveway is getting worse every season, a renewal is the most cost-effective way to fix it right.
Sump Line Work
Your sump pump is only as good as the line carrying water away from your home. If your discharge line is too short, clogged, cracked, or poorly routed, water ends up right back where it started — against your foundation. We install and repair sump discharge lines using heavy equipment to trench, lay pipe, and backfill efficiently, making sure water is directed well away from your structure. This is one of those jobs that's easy to put off and expensive to ignore. If you're seeing pooling near your foundation or your pump is cycling constantly, it's time to address the line.
